The questions I hear most often.

Q.01How is this different from an agency?

Agencies run the same playbook on every client and hand you off to a junior. I run the same diagnostic on every client and fix what it finds. Most importantly… no matter who we hire to work inside your marketing division, I personally QA, QC, and guarantee the work. The buck stops with me.

Q.02Do you do the work, or just advise?

Both. I diagnose and direct, and the work gets done -- through your team or mine -- to my standard. I hold everyone involved accountable to weekly KPIs, and deliver those KPIs to you. I act on an executive level to both set strategy and deliver it.

Q.03How much of my time does this take?

Far less than doing it yourself. That's the entire point. You stay in your zone of genius; I own the marketing-and-revenue function and report to you on a weekly cadence.
